March To Stop Suicide

Over 48,000 people take their lives annually in the United States (not including drug overdose). That's 1 life every 11 minutes.

The March to Stop Suicide's mission is to save more lives by creating greater awareness, building stronger connections and normalizing the conversation about mental health.

Event History

This leading, trademark event, of the Race to Stop Suicide started in 2024.

It is our largest event dedicated to raising awareness and funds for suicide prevention. This event is a collaborative effort between Jeep Beach Inc. ($499 million economic impact in Volusia County) and Race to Stop Suicide (71 MVP Inc.) benefiting the Beyond the Brotherhood organization. Beyond the Brotherhood plays a significant role in supporting the unique needs in mental health and our Navy Seals, along with their families. It is also the kick-off event for Jeep Beach - an annual week-long fundraising event in Daytona Beach, Florida, where Jeep enthusiasts come together to celebrate their love for off-road adventures, community and most importantly charity.

The March focuses on generating financial support and increasing awareness of mental health resources, such as the National Suicide & Crisis Lifeline 988 through an impactful 98 minute and 8 second march around Daytona International Speedway. The event directly benefits each organization’s charities and programs aimed at saving lives, suicide prevention and positive mental health initiatives. Join us in being more than a leader on the track, become a leader in reducing mental health stigma and sponsor the March to Stop Suicide, today.
